Mission Week 82, Amersfoort Week 1
Being back in the Netherlands is really nice. I'm going to miss Belgium, but it's nice having real milk and people who aren't surprised to have somebody say hello. Right now I'm having trouble adjusting to the qwerty keyboard, because I've been using stupid French ones the last twelve weeks.
Amersfoort is a nice city. It's really beautiful, and I don't have to take public transportation a ton. I'm really excited for being able to go to the zoo on p-day. Elder Christensen came into the field when I went down to Gent. He's smart and sarcastic, so we get along pretty well. He loves playing the organ. It's kind of cool.
The new apartment is a good missionary apartment; it's not super-new, but its a lot nicer than it used to be. And it's nowhere near two of the apartments where I've been.
Our address is:
Bohortplaats 48
3813 Amersfoort
Nederland
I'm not quite sure what the letters after the numbers are, but I'll let you know next week when I have them with me. In the meantime, that one should work without the letters.
Didn't Shani paint the walls of that room recently? It seems like my sisters have different tastes in colors.
Lagoon is super-fun. I hope you guys have fun. I'd love to go during this time of year. Halloween is my favorite holiday. In fact, I'm going to start getting Halloween decorations.
That's about all for this week. The only noteworthy thing that happened was actually getting a door slammed in our face because we wouldn't go into an investigator's apartment when she was the only one home.
The Church is true. I love you all.
