Mission Week 32, Eindhoven Week 12

It might make it easier to find my harmonica if you remember that it's in a case that's a sort of grayish-green. But if you can't find it, that's okay. I'm currently looking for a place where I can get one here.
It's cool that Aaron keeps breaking his PR. That's the best sign of improvement.
It's understandable what the Institute did, recording the Priesthood session. On Friday here, it was absolutely ridiculous with the sheer number of things going on. On Friday there was a big football (soccer) game against a Czech team, so there were all the people here for that from two countries, and then there was a huge sale done by a huge store this weekend, as well as a fair at the station. Add that to the fact that stores are open late(r) on Friday, and you have a really busy centrum. The massive, free bike stalling was full Friday and Saturday because of all the people who were in the centrum.
I'm glad to hear even more about SVU. Seeing the fall here and imagining it in Virginia makes me super-excited for college. Elder Schwartz keeps trying to convince me to go to the University of Idaho, but I keep telling him I've already made up my mind. And SVU has a more friendly atmosphere with all of the members there. And my mission has already been preparing me mentally for the homework that I'll inevitably get in college.
We have zone conference (the temple trip) in two weeks, so as long as the packages get to the mission office by then, I should have them by my birthday.
On Tuesday and Wednesday I was on exchanges in Heerlen. While I was there, Elder Schwartz and Elder Brown (their names are funny when they work together) had an appointment with Pastor Koopmans, in which they recommitted him to be baptized. Hopefully this date will go through, especially because of some things that have come up recently.
We got to watch the Saturday afternoon session and the Priesthood session with some members as well as the Sunday morning session live, but we haven't yet had the opportunity to watch the Sunday afternoon session. I did, however download the Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon sessions in audio format to my memory card, so we can hopefully use our DVD player to listen to General Conference. It was 10 p.m. here by the time the Sunday afternoon session started, and I was almost out cold by then because of how tired I was. I liked Elder Ardern's talk (not just because of his name, but that's cool, too). I also loved Elder Holland's talk (as usual), and all of the talks given by the members of the First Presidency. I really liked how, four times in the three sessions I saw, they addressed how the moral standards of society are decaying. You can really see that here, with all of the smokers, and even the greeting cards congratulating people for cohabiting. It makes me glad that I, as a missionary and priesthood holder, have the Lord on my side.
The Church is true, and every member of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles are prophets of God.
I love you all.
